Associate Director Kraft Heinz Management Systems (KHMS) Production Management
Kraft Heinz North America is transforming its factories to significantly improve the Operational Efficiency of its Equipment by over 30%. This ambition requires planning and laser focus implementation. The Associate Director KHMS Production Management has the crucial role of coaching, teaching, and assessing the implementation of Plant performance systems including Performance Boards, Operational Meetings, Line Balancing, Workforce Crewing & Scheduling, Multi Machine Operations, Autonomous Teams and Trio Pathway execution as dictated by the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) . As a company we believe that following the KHMS discipline will allow us to achieve the ambitious targets. The role will report directly to the Head of North America KHMS to ensure consistent understanding of Standards and Good Operating Practices.

  • Be an expert in production management systems, standards and processes.
  • Drive operational excellence at our factories through people coaching and development.
  • Embrace an ownership model for improved performance and the subsequent delivery of results in line with Annual Operating Plan and 5 Year Strategic Plan.
  • Integrate with other pillar owners to ensure team building and knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Lead efforts to share best practices and develop enhancements to Pillar content and assessment criteria.
  • Build and sustain employee engagement by creating a culture of efficient execution and an environment in which individuals and teams can excel and continuously improve; participate in establishing an effective technical and leadership development plan for the maintenance/utility's organization.

  • Bachelor's Degree is required; Engineering or another related technical field is preferred.
  • 10 years management experience is required.
  • 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience is required.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple plants / businesses.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement operational effectiveness programs.
  • Experience implementing improvement strategies across multiple plants / businesses - preferred.


This is an onsite position at our Chicago Aon location or from a Kraft Heinz Plant location (31 sites across North America)
Willingness to travel: 50% of the time to manufacturing plants in North America
