The Associate Director for KHMS leads the strategy and execution of key initiatives within the business unit. Responsibilities include managing talent, developing strategies for operational enhancements, coaching employees, and collaborating across various teams to simplify processes and share best practices. Job Description
What's on the Menu:

  • Manage 2 direct reports - develop talent, guide on strategy development (20%)
  • Lead BU-centric approach for KHMS, partnering with BU lead and Pod leads (20%)
  • Develop and execute strategy for pillar that will deliver results in line with AOP and 5 Year Strategic Plan. (10%)
  • Coach and teach KHMS Pillar chapters to boost the capability of all employees (20%)
  • Collaborate with functional groups, pillar owners, digital team, and global KHMS to simplify KHMS and deliver a single solution to plants that incorporates all pillars (20%)
  • Lead efforts to share best practices and develop enhancements to Pillar content and assessment criteria.(10%)


Recipe for Success:

  • '10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations leadership, maintenance, supply chain, lean manufacturing and management systems
  • Ability to coach and lead at all levels of the organization - from operator to BU lead


Work Environment & Schedule:
This position is considered a Field based environment; role requires frequent travel to customer locations, stores, manufacturing facilities, etc. Additionally, this role requires normal working hours and travel up to 50%.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
