We're looking for a Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to join the our Data & Insights team. If you love digging into business-critical data to improve website performance and are as great with clients as you are with analysis you should apply!
What you'll do
- Partner with key leads on the team to set up a data technology solution towards: Identity resolution, data management, personalization and running data flows through the entire technology stack
- Work with the marketing technology team to develop use cases to activate customer/client data with the use of technology
- Develop a technology driven data offering, with a specific focus on the use of CDPs to activate client data
- Create POVs on data activation through the customer lifecycle, with emphasis on use of first party data
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop core offerings in the space of first party data activation, and end to end personalization of customer experience
- Define data and measurement standard methodologies in collaboration with primary partners
- Collaborate with engineering on planning, development, coding, and QA for data/analytics solutions implementation
- Support business development efforts, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and presentation
Who you are
- 6+ year’s experience with website analytics
- Agency/Consultancy background, having worked with clients
- Proactive leader who lives and breathes data, with a desire to optimize an organization's customer experience
- Experience in leading cross-functional collaboration, with UX, design, and technology teams
- Experience with quantifying the business impact of website events or enhancements
- Experience with analyzing the end-to-end customer journey. working with a lead generation-based business is a plus
- 2+ years people management experience
- Prior digital agency leadership experience is a plus
- Experience with web analytics tools; Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Expertise in SQL
- Experience creating data tables and querying data from Google BigQuery and/or Snowflake
- 2+ years experience with leading A/B testing program
- Experience with Optimizely Web Experimentation and/or Adobe Target
- Proactive approach
- Has worked in a collaborative environment with cross functional team members
- Strong communication skills
- Online real estate/new home builder experience a plus

The salary range for this position is as listed below. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
