Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for an Associate Demand Generation Project Manager to be a part of making this happen.
About the Role
The Associate Demand Generation Project Manager will be responsible for providing project management throughout the full life cycle of demand requests, including managing timelines and approvals; and aligning closely with internal teams to ensure delivery of demand programs. You will help drive demand execution, manage workloads for team members, and work closely with the Senior Demand Center Project Manager and Demand Center Project Manager to ensure all project requirements are met. You will work to partner with the channel, field, comms, product, creative and demand marketing teams to gather requirements, finalize project briefs, and help keep projects on track for execution that will be leveraged globally across multiple regions and business units to generate demand, increase engagement, and build pipeline.

Responsibilities

Receive, review, and assign incoming project requests for the demand team

Coordinate project tasks across the demand team by assigning the appropriate team members; help to distribute workload depending on team capacity

Present and communicate project schedules, statuses, and updates to various project stakeholders

Own and traffic manage incoming demand requests in Wrike from internal and marketing teams

Manage and update project and task deadlines to ensure they meet the team’s SLAs as well as external deadlines.

Immediately communicate any potential delays in project deadlines to project sponsors, with explanation of the delay and potential solutions

Plan for and anticipate potential project roadblocks outside of immediate responsibility
