Associate Analyst, Total Rewards (Fixed Term)
The Associate Analyst, Total Rewards (Fixed Term) will play a key role in supporting various PPC initiatives and programs, as well as broader data and analytics work.
A Day in the Life
Provide analytical support on various PPC initiatives and programs, as well as broader data and analytics work:
- Ad hoc research on various topics related to HR and analytics
- Support year-end and other cyclical work to validate calculations, statements, etc.
Requirements
- University Degree in a related discipline.
- 2-5 years working experience as analyst.
- Strong team player with a demonstrated business focus.
- Ability to work with highly confidential information with strong judgment, professionalism and tact.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, with the ability to break down complex problems and simplify for communication.
- Strong Microsoft Access skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Access is an asset.
- Excellent time and project management skills with proven organizational and multi-tasking proficiency.
- Strong written communication skills.
The hiring range for this position is $32.50/hr. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
