We’re looking for an Associate Social Creative Director to join our team.
Our Brooklyn office, situated inside a renovated industrial loft, is the marketing backbone of the company. We operate like a startup – flexibility and self-accountability is in our DNA. Our team members have the opportunity to innovate and solve problems their way; but reinforced by the strength and resources of an established enterprise - thus this role will be hybrid and require in-office attendance 4 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development of innovative campaigns that transform legal concepts into compelling, relatable content across digital, print, and video platforms
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Services Director and wider creative team to ensure all deliverables align with our brand voice, values, and aesthetic
- Craft engaging narratives, design impactful visuals, and refine creative strategies
- Focus on quality, creativity, and collaboration to ensure that every project exceeds expectations
- Keep our brand fresh, modern, and memorable
Qualifications
- 6+ years in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior-level position
- Agency or in-house experience is a must, familiarity with the legal or professional services sector is a plus
- A killer portfolio showcasing campaigns and projects that make us say, “wow, we need this person on our team”
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, strong copywriting or copy-editing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A creative mind with an ability to execute on creative ideas
- Excellent planning and organization ability

$130,000—$160,000 USD

John Morgan became a lawyer with a simple mission: To fight for the people, and not the powerful.
