We're looking for a creative sergeant with a contagious love for problem solving. Somebody who knows the importance of craft, going beyond briefs and takes pride in helping everybody around them make great work.Our future ACD Art is a concept-machine that uses their design skills to turn good ideas into holy-crap experiences. In return for being a creative force-multiplier, we’ll set you up with an amazing writer to work on national accounts on 360 work and things that aren't even a thing yet.Ready, Willing and Equipped To:
- Be based out of our Kansas City office in a hybrid schedule
- Mentor more junior members of the team
- Gain a thorough understanding of the client's business and industry
- Lead a piece of business with passion, vision and maturity
- Present to clients and sell work
- Build relationships within BarkleyOKRP and with clients
- Make amazing work – both as a leader and a doer
Performance Standards:
- Client communication plan and campaign objectives are met
- Creative work is outstanding and on strategy
- Strong design skills in addition to creating unique visual solutions through the mixed media of pop and subcultures
- Work is on target, on time, and within budget
- Client and agency management express confidence in leadership abilities

- Client satisfaction ratings are high
