The Boeing Government and Enterprise Contracts organization is currently seeking an Associate Contract Management Specialist to join the International Contracts Team in Berkeley, MO

The person selected for this position will support the International Sales Consultant contract administration team which is part of the Government & Enterprise International Contracts organization. This position is the primary point of contact for coordination and preparation of contractual agreements with international consultants retained by Boeing to provide services with respect to markets and or customers outside of the United States. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to different Boeing global markets and strategies, learning commercial contracting terms and practices, as well collaborating across functions such as International Finance, Global Law Affairs, Global Trade Controls, and Business Development.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement International Sales Consultant Agreements in support of the sale of Boeing products and services, including formation of new agreements, renewals, due diligence, payments of retainers, expenses and commissions

  • Maintain and input data into Boeing Consultant Management System (BCMS)

  • Interface daily with consultants, senior management, and executives

  • Oversee compliance with consultant policies and procedures

  • Assist with monthly/quarterly reporting and corporate compliance reporting

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite

  • 1+ years of experience in a business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships

  • Experience in drafting, negotiating and executing contracts and subcontracts

  • Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across functions, with various levels of management and with external customers

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $67,150 – $90,850
