The Associate Content Designer is a key role in our Product Content section of the Customer Experience team. This role focuses on writing content, including short articles and coaching materials, and giving direction for visual content (images, infographics, diagrams, short videos) that are engaging and personalized for our diverse audiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, working closely with the content strategist and other team members, and possess a blend of creative and technical proficiencies to enhance our content strategy. We use a product team model, and this individual will frequently participate in meetings, discovery sessions, and workshops. They will develop a deep understanding of our patients’ needs to passionately advocate for the best content solutions.
This is a hybrid job with the requirement of working at least once a week in our San Diego office.

Our Product Content team is expanding and includes a content strategist, content designers, writers, localization specialists and project managers. Our goal is to empower people to live their best lives by creating personalized, engaging and clear product content that helps them sleep and breathe better. We work closely with product managers, UX designers and engineers to create best-in-class product content for our patients and providers. By focusing on user-centric processes, we ensure our users are always at the heart of what we do. We are a team of collaborators, learners and doers, blending expertise in user needs with a drive for innovation.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities
- You will create and help package content to inspire healthy behavior changes.
- Manage and optimize digital content for various platforms, ensuring consistency and high quality across channels.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in product roadmap execution, including designers, technical writers, creative assets personnel, product managers, marketers, social media managers, localization experts, researchers, and behavioral scientists.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $72,000 - $90,000.
