The Associate Consultant will be an active and responsible member of the InvestorFlow Services team. This resource will be actively participating in the Services implementation and post-implementation activities that are centered on the enablement of InvestorFlow Products. Activities include (not limited to): application configuration, data & document loading, requirements gathering & documentation, test script development, and configuration migration.

You Will:

  • Actively participate and communicate with clients during implementation & through post implementation services. 
  • Configuration and build documentation for Investor Product lines. 
  • Documentation of client business requirements and/or user stories.
  • Create and ensure accuracy for client specific test scripts. 
  • Create configuration / build documentation. 
  • Triage and act as the Level 1 / 2 for client change requests. 
  • Actively participate in internal projects and/or group-based activities.

You Have:

  • Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience working in Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English speaking language is required. 
  • Skilled team player with demonstrated experience in building and maintaining successful, influential, collaborative working relationships in a matrixed environment at all levels of a global organization. 
  • Ability to be “quick learner” of business processes and related technologies supported through InvestorFlow.
  • An enthusiastic, high-energy, and motivated professional who is visibly passionate about driving client success.
  • Strong focus on execution.
  • Team player – someone who is able to work with a diverse team globally.
