Title: Associate Community Manager, MLB The Show (Contract Role)

Location: Remote (Flex if currently in greater San Diego area)

Our team is seeking an Associate Community Manager to help build, develop, and support our community, while contributing to cross-disciplinary decisions that always strive to improve player experiences. You will have the ability to create, grow & maintain our MLB The Show community and be part of one of the best Sports Franchises in history.


Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and curation of new and existing organic community strategies and channels.
  • Be an integral part of a team that advocates on behalf of the community, ensuring development priorities are informed of player needs and sentiment.
  • Monitor discussion within the community, help identify patterns, common player issues or community reported bugs, and brainstorm solutions and or prioritization with the broader dev team if needed.
  • Communicate directly with the community, building strong relationships and maintaining a visible external presence through verified communication channels.
  • Assist in planning and curating external and internal messaging regarding community related initiatives, game updates, sentiment, etc., including asset planning and creation.
