Associate Commercial Architects unterstützen alle kommerziellen Aspekte eines Projektes, diese sind zum Beispiel die Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Vertragstexten, die Projekt- und Preiskalkulation, die Risikobewertung und die Unterstützung des Vertriebes.
What you'll be doing
Commercial Architecture
- Übernimmt eigenverantwortlich die kommerziellen Aufgaben einfacher Projekte oder unterstützt (Senior-) Commercial Architects in komplexeren Projekten
- Arbeitet mit Sales und Pre-Sales sowie dem Legal Team zusammen, um Verträge zu gestalten
- Identifiziert Abweichungen vom Firmenstandard und entwickelt Lösungsmöglichkeiten
- Bearbeitet die kommerziellen Aspekte des Projektes: Kommerzielles Model, P&L, Cash Flow, Kundenpreise, Risk Register, Finanzierung (wenn benötigt)
- Verantwortet die Risikoerfassung und -bewertung
Commercial Assurance and Governance
- Arbeitet mit dem Bid- und Pre-Sales Team zusammen, um die kommerziellen Parameter des Projektes auf Länder Management Ebene zu präsentieren
- Stellt sicher das die Projekte den Firmenregelungen entsprechen und die Vertragsbedingungen mit den internen und externen Vorgaben abgestimmt sind
- Nutzt die Standardvorlagen des europäischen Commercial Center of Excellence
Commercial other
- Unterstützt aktiv die Verbesserung der kommerziellen Tools und Prozesse
Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten:
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend; jede weitere europäische Sprache wird positiv bewertet
- Mindestens Bachelor oder gleichwertig idealerweise Wirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Gute Excelkenntnisse, mindestens Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Word und Powerpoint
- Zusatzkenntnisse wie VBA, Access, Power-Bi oder Power Apps sind von Vorteil
- Kundenfokus und -verständnis
- Lösungs- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamplayer mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Flexibilität
- Fähigkeit unabhängig zu arbeiten und Themen zu priorisieren
- Wille zur Weiterentwicklung
- Fähigkeit in multikulturelle Teams und einem internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Reisen
