The person in this role will lead performance and communication insights for Knorr US across multiple categories including Meal Solutions and Broth/Bouillon.  In this capacity you will:

  • Partner with stakeholders to align research projects with strategic priorities. 
  • Conduct analyses using a range of tools data (e.g. Circana, Numerator, Kantar, RView,Google Analytics etc), deriving insights and connecting the dots
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform comms development, consumer and category understanding and answer key business questions
  • Translate internal briefs and questions into analytical projects and leverage storytelling to share the results in an impactful way
  • Lead research projects from brief creation, through supplier selection, study design, interpreting results and providing actionable recommendations to the cross-functional team
  • Champion Unmissable Brand Superiority through sharing understanding 6P performance and working with cross functional partners to develop action plans

You will play a vital role in developing communications, leveraging data to provide understanding to the broader team, uncovering new opportunities for the brand, and improving performance.

  • Undergraduate degree required. Advanced degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, Analytics, or similar field preferred.  
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience providing insights and recommendations based on analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including storytelling in a corporate context, and crafting clear, compelling messages
  • Experience with understanding business questions and writing appropriate briefs
  • Understanding of market research and research tools & methodologies as well as syndicated market data (Nielsen, Circana, Numerator, etc)>
