What you’ll do: 

DeepIntent is seeking an Associate Client Success Manager to join our Client Success team based in our Pune, India office. The team is responsible for providing excellent client service and managing all post-sale activities from set up through post campaign performance reviews, while driving incremental revenue and renewals for all media buys. The Associate Client Success Manager will play a critical support role on the team, owning the operational activities that ensure our clients’ campaign performance and growth.

  • Partner with Client Success Managers to analyze data and recommend campaign optimizations according to client KPIs
  • Proactively troubleshoot technical campaign issues with internal teams and updating and guiding Client Success team members at all levels
  • Evaluate information across DeepIntent’s CRM system, dashboards and proprietary DSP for effective stewardship of client campaigns
  • Ensure that data is consistent and up-to-date throughout DeepIntent systems of record
  • Maintain close communication with Analytics to manage custom reporting requests and deliverables
  • Evaluate insertion order submissions and amendments to ensure alignment with both client expectations and DeepIntent capabilities
  • Develop an understanding of DeepIntent’s product offerings and the needs of our healthcare/pharmaceutical clients
  • Assist with billing and account reconciliation for assigned portfolio

Who You Are: 

  • You are intrigued by the digital advertising landscape and the nuances of the healthcare/pharmaceutical industries within it
  • You are excited about the opportunity to work in a rapidly-growing business with a fun, inclusive culture
  • You are naturally detail oriented and organized, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 1+ years of experience working in the Ad Tech or Digital Media space
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and producing timely deliverables
  • Professional experience in the Ad Tech or Digital Media space working with advertisers and agencies is a plus!
