To continue our growth, we are seeking an Associate Client Manager to expand our business by winning new customers and by developing relationships with our vendors and of course some of our existing clients.
What you'll be doing
You will play a key role in driving our business forward by finding, convincing and securing new customers. Besides that, you are comfortable with the responsibility for building, maintaining, managing and growing relationships with unassigned and assigned accounts to drive expansion across all solution areas.
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth. Researching, finding, planning and implementing new target market initiatives. This quota-bearing role leverages company tools and methodologies to analyze client situations and business requirements, coordinating interactions across geographies during sales engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities to continuously grow the sales pipeline.
- Built up and grow relationships and influence stakeholders to drive expansion within unassigned and assigned clients.
- Achieve revenue and margin targets by connecting client needs with company solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and vendor account managers, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans, build with key stakeholders, to penetrate new markets.
- Responsible for account planning in collaboration with the sales teams, driving the strategy to increase customer acquisition and satisfaction.
- Track and report all sales activities and opportunities within Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely updates to manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.
- Enhance profitability, revenues, and client satisfaction for the regional client portfolio.
- Generate demand by identifying client needs and articulating how the company can add value through services and solutions.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows and customer meetings.
Knowledge and Attributes:
- Sales Business Acumen: Understand client business needs and leverage tools and data to bring value from the company's services.
- Sales Client Engagement and Management: Manage and analyze clients throughout their lifecycle to improve relationships and drive sales growth.
- Sales Solution Skills: Apply knowledge of company offerings, client applications, and market trends to client situations.
- Sales Pursuit: Identify and advance opportunities at assigned prospects and clients, coordinating resources to close sales.
- Experience in building and maintaining customer and vendor relationships.
- Client centric approach with ability to understand customer problems and find best fit solutions.
- Flexible to adapt quickly to short, new missions or urgent deadlines.
- Ability to work in virtual teams, manage priorities and take initiative.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a sales-related field.
- Relevant vendor certifications are advantageous.
Required Experience:
- You have extensive experience as a Business Developer or in a Commercial Role,
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and coordinating complex sales processes.
- You work proactively and goal-oriented, with the drive to achieve both personal and business objectives.
- You have a passion for growth and are comfortable taking on new challenges.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
