Job Description

The Associate Category Program Manager is a full-time position supporting marketing programming within the broader Retail Marketing organization. This team member will work in close partnership with category merchants and internal marketing teams to meticulously execute & facilitate process for weekly promotions.  This team member must be detail oriented, managing multiple promotion periods and deliverables within a fast-paced environment.

This role is based in Austin, TX with an expectation of being in the Store Support office five days a week.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong and collaborative working relationships with merchandising and internal marketing teams.
  • Manage promotional asset build out using proprietary promo tools for deployment.
  • Ensure accuracy across all program and promotion deliverables and assets.
  • Support execution of assigned monthly & seasonal promotional programs & initiatives.
  • Support user testing and user story capture for development of new tech solutions.
  • Support process development and optimization for promotions program.
  • Supports promotional coordination meetings to track project schedules, including timelines and expected deliverables.

  • 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience.

  • Familiar with marketing concepts in a retail environment.
  • Familiar with how marketing and related communications strategies and tactics are adapted to varied and diverse media platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Responds promptly and accurately to internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
  • Understands necessity of tailoring communication to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
