Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our client's business needs and our technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and translate business objectives into actionable recommendations and project plans. Additionally, you will play a critical role in guiding product development through the various stages outlined in CureMD's Product Development Process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research & Analysis:

    • Conduct kickoff meetings with stakeholders to understand project scope.

    • Perform competitor analysis and startup research to identify market trends.

    • Utilize tools like Google Scholar for in-depth research on relevant topics.

    • Analyze existing systems and perform data & gap analysis.

    • Document requirements and create comprehensive requirement documents.

  • Concept Development:

    • Work on screens and key features/workflows using tools like XD Design.

    • Develop low and high-fidelity designs based on stakeholder feedback.

    • Propose automation and innovation ideas aligned with strategic goals.

    • Collaborate with Development, Customer Support, and Sales teams for feedback.

  • Prototyping:

    • Lead the development of prototype frontends.

    • Conduct testing and gather approvals from stakeholders.

    • Perform usability testing and complexity reduction exercises.

    • Review prototypes with senior management (e.g., Dr. Ahmed) for simplicity.

  • Functional Specifications:

    • Conduct impact assessments and ensure requirements traceability.

    • Manage error handling and develop help & setting guidelines.

    • Document user stories and create detailed test cases.

    • Facilitate feedback loops among architecture, development, and customer support teams.

  • Architecture Review:

    • Design solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.

    • Lead solution review and feedback meetings with cross-functional teams.

    • Review project plans, including estimates, team selection, timelines, and planning.

  • Engineering Collaboration:

    • Partner with engineering teams during the development phase to ensure that code, integrations, and unit tests meet requirements.

    • Oversee post-development reviews and coordinate testing phases, including performance and penetration testing.

    • Monitor progress through regular reviews and status reports.

  • Rollout & Adoption:

    • Develop strategy plans for product rollout and adoption.

    • Prepare and review release notes, conduct customer support testing, and coordinate customer support training.

    • Create and manage WalkMe videos and user training guides to ensure smooth adoption of new features and products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to solve business problems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Productivity Suite, Microsoft Project, and SPSS.

  • Experience in IT healthcare domain is preferred.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Balsamiq, Team Foundation Server, MATLAB, and GIS.

  • Understanding of Web API, XML, JSON, and any integration or interoperability framework.
