Summary
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team in Nashville, TN. As an associate you will work closely with our talented attorneys providing support before, during and after trials. This is an opportunity to learn and develop litigation skills alongside world-class trial attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneys
- Maintain client relationships
- Help prepare demands and work with cases pre-suit
- Prepare legal reports and documents
- Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
- Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers
Qualification
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- An active member in good standing with the TN State Bar Association
- 1+ years of Litigation experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in Personal Injury Law.
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

What We Do
John Morgan became a lawyer with a simple mission: To fight for the people, and not the powerful. After experiencing firsthand the perils of choosing the wrong lawyer and representation after his brother Tim was paralyzed, he dedicated his life to helping people so that no one should ever have to go through what his family endured.
Tim was just a teenager when he was working as a lifeguard at Disney World when he suffered a spinal injury that left him confined to a wheelchair for the rest of his life. As a result, Tim never got the compensation he deserved.
