Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated New College Graduate Hardware Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, hands-on project experience, and a passion for hardware design and development. As a hardware engineer, you will work on various aspects of hardware development, including design, testing, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of hardware systems, components, and products.
- Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of hardware components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, system engineers, and product managers.
- Participate in the creation of technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Support the manufacturing and production teams in resolving hardware-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of digital and analog circuit design.
- Familiarity with any of the PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, ORCAD etc).
- Basic knowledge of embedded systems and microcontroller programming.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or project experience in hardware design and development.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
- Understanding of industry standards and protocols (e.g., PCIe, USB, Ethernet).
- Some experience with simulation and modeling tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB).
