- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations team on cycle count schedules.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Update inventory records based on cycle count results.
- Prepare and analyze inventory-related financial reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to inventory.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support internal/external audit requests related to inventory cycle count and cost accounting.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed to help drive business results.
- Work closely with the finance, warehouse, and operations team to resolve inventory issues.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve inventory management processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on inventory-related matters.
