About the Team and the Role:
eBay is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Account Manager to join our eBay Partner Network (EPN) team. In this role, you will support the North American EPN partner management team by maintaining robust relationships with key partners, driving growth, and ensuring the success of our partner network initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize partner performance and contribute to the overall success of the eBay Partner Network, reporting directly to the Senior Account Manager, EPN.

What you will accomplish:
Account Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners within the eBay Partner Network.

Serve as the primary point of contact for North American partner management team, resolving any issues that may arise from our managed partners.
Performance Optimization:

Analyze partner performance data to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to optimize results.

Collaborate with the North American partner management team to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive revenue growth.

Set and pursue measurable goals to improve partner performance and align with company objectives, driving sustained growth.
Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement strategic plans that align with eBay’s regional and global business objectives.

Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and data analysis, sharing with various North American business teams.
Collaboration:
-
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives.

Share feedback and insights to help shape future product and marketing strategies, with initiatives likely to have an international impact.
Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular performance reports for team leaders, partners and internal partners, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Use data-driven analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation within the partner network.

Actively participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events to stay updated on the latest developments.
What you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in account management, preferably within affiliate marketing or digital advertising.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to build and maintain strong partner relationships.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional languages, such as German or Spanish, is an advantage.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.
$76,000 - $119,900
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
