The Associate Account Associate - Are you an ambitious individual with an eye on sales excellence and maximizing earning potential? Responsibilities
Quickly learn and build superior sales practices and methodologies
Generate interest in 8x8 through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to current customers
Assess and qualify customers on upsell and cross-sell opportunities through deep customer understanding and showcasing our suite's value
Schedule meetings with assigned field and/or inside sales team to review all qualified leads
Provide critical sales support to Commercial AMs by identifying and closing small to mid-size deals
Inputs and updates all sales activities and opportunities in Salesforce.com and other relevant systems
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of B2B experience in a quota carrying sales role; prior exposure to Telecom, Internet, Technology, SaaS, or VoIP sales is an advantage
Experience in inside sales or account management is preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A positive mindset with a strong passion for achieving career success
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Bachelor's Degree
