Summary:
As a member of the Wire Operations Team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily processing of both incoming and outgoing domestic and international wire transfers. Rolls up to the Wire Operations Manager which is part of Payment Services in Deposit Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the processing of domestic and international wire transfers adhering to internal and industry deadlines. Perform client callbacks as required. Perform exception OFAC reviews. Refer to and work closely with the BSA Department towards resolution as needed. Process daily service requests from internal partners including but not limited to: Fed Service Messages and Returns. Process Drawdowns timely and accurately. Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures. Recommend changes and enhancements to management when appropriate. Skills/Experience Required:
For this position, you must have at least 3 years of banking experience or equivalent industry. Customer Service experience preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or else extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration Working knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite and certifications as applicable to the position.
