Assistant
About the Role
Assists the Director regarding agenda, correspondence, announcements, analysis, etc. Provides support to the management team regarding agenda, meeting notes, correspondence and organization of activities, arranges business trips and all types of meetings.
Assists in all business unit processes in SAP.
What You Will Do

Maintains the Director's agendas Executes (standardized) concept correspondence correctly and on time

Ensures confidentiality of data and archiving of documentation

Prepares and executes the travel expense budget

Arranges business travel and hotel bookings in the most cost effective manner.

Organizes internal and external activities, e.g. (client) visits, lunches/dinners, etc.

Executes all types of secretarial activities, such as booking of meeting rooms.

Participates in the (inter)national communication network if required.

Responsible for the entry into the system (SAP) of all business processes (Purchase requisition, Mobilizations, Supplier and code creation, material reservation).
Who You Are
Studies: Professional or pursuing higher studies in careers such as business administration, commercial engineering, marketing or related.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar positions preferably in mass consumption companies.
Basic knowledge: excel proficiency, intermediate English
Competencies: Results oriented, effective communication, detail oriented, team player, problem solver.
