Support a Relationship Manager in all organizational matters efficiently and actively
-
Intensive support Relationship M anagers by conducting KYC file reviews for existing clients and writing KYC profiles for potential new clients (prospects).

Stay in close contact with our clients (by phone or e-mail) and answer their questions with regard to their banking relationship
-
Take care of various customer clarifications, investigations and tasks within the team and various internal departments
-
Be responsible for various administrative tasks (create statistics, write bulk mails, take care of mailing campaigns etc.)
Requirements

Proactive approach and ability to set priorities and to work independently

Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to quickly understand complex business topics

Outstanding organizational skills as well as a very efficient and precise work approach

High motivation, willingness to learn, and a flexible team player

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of service orientation towards our clients

Good communication skills and enjoying talking to the clients by phone

Good MS Office skills (especially Excel), knowledge of Avaloq and Compliance Suite is an advantage

Excellent in English, fluent in Russian as well as good language skills in German (written and spoken)
