We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Office Manager to join our team in Austin. In this role, you will support the Workplace Experience Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio;, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment; and delivering a positive workplace experience for all employees. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the studio, including facilities management, office supplies, and vendor coordination. 
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of workplace policies and procedures. 
  • Coordinate and oversee office maintenance, repairs, and improvements. 
  • Assist in planning and executing office events and activities to enhance employee engagement and morale. 
  • Manage office inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available. 
  • Provide administrative support to the Workplace Experience Manager as needed. 
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. 
  • Assist in managing budgets and expenses related to workplace experience. 
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide excellent customer service to all staff members. 

Qualifications: 

  • Ability to perform physical tasks as required for facility maintenance and operations, including the ability to lift 50 lbs. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in office management, facilities management, or a similar role. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices preferred 
  • Comfortable supporting Executives one-on-one and in a team setting
