Job Description

Job Summary

Working in Record to Report team whose responsibility is to support the end-to-end Process and to bring in new efficiencies by bringing up improvement ideas to the process. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process expert in preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Bank Reconciliations
  • Proficient in preparation of Balance Sheet schedule
  • General Ledger analysis including accruals, prepayments, analysis and clearing of the aged/ open items standing in the reconciliations
  • Excellent Data Analytical skills
  • Work closely with the team to develop plans and assist with business requirements, problem resolution, and functional decisions
  • To understand the policies and principles required for smooth running of the process
  • Enthusiastic team-player who can combine creativity and expert skills in solving complex problems
  • Need to improve & optimize the processes over time
  • Share the best practices

Qualifications

  • 4+ years Post qualification experience in Industry.
  • Experience in Balance Sheet & Bank Reconciliation process
  • Experience of ORACLE & HFM will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Certification in Lean or Six Sigma will be an added advantage

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meeting timelines
  • Highly motivated and creative, bringing fresh ideas to the table
