Position Summary
1. Maximize sales revenue by understanding the assigned regions and accounts.
2. Pursue market leadership via understanding the value chain of online and traditional businesses and secure the market leadership by managing market distribution trends.
3. Develop short, mid, and long term strategies by analyzing internal/external resources to achieve the business objectives.
4. Increase the number of customers by optimizing performance through e-shop development and management.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Region/account management] Participate in managing organization and relationship building with accounts to lead the market change by understanding the regional e-commerce ecosystem trends.
2. [Revenue management] Performs to manage sell-in/out, logistic methodologies and inventory management and control weekly, monthly, and annual sales revenue by account.
3. [Online infrastructure improvement] Prepares for enhancing user experience scenario to build and boost the online store sales and strategizing its service.
Skills and Qualifications
• Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
• Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
