As a Talent Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Programs, Performance + Planning, and Learning and Development (LLD) functions within our organization. You will be responsible for executing various talent initiatives, optimizing performance management processes, and facilitating learning opportunities to enhance employee development and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Programs Management:
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design, implement, and administer talent programs such as succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential identification.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including internships, graduate programs, and rotational assignments, to attract and retain top talent.
- Analyze talent data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in talent programs, and recommend strategic solutions.
Performance + Planning:
- Facilitate the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Support managers and employees in understanding performance expectations, providing coaching on performance improvement, and recognizing outstanding contributions.
- Collaborate with HR partners to develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Learning and Development (LLD):
- Partner with LLD stakeholders to assess organizational training needs and develop comprehensive learning solutions.
- Coordinate logistics for training programs, workshops, and learning events, including scheduling, participant communication, and materials preparation.
- Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret talent-related data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on talent metrics, program effectiveness, and performance management outcomes for stakeholders.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in talent operations processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent management, performance management, or learning and development functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and talent management software is preferred.
