Responsibilities

  • Handle processing and servicing transaction as per the agreed turnaround time (TAT)

  • Manage and monitor processing workbasket. Ensure the servicing transaction are processed within TAT.

  • Act as backup for other team members as and when needed.

  • Involve and perform UAT and projects.

  • Handle emails enquiries within the agreed TAT.

  • Assist to follow up and perform the relevant updating for Unclaimed Money process.

  • Assist to monitor the Suspense aging. Perform the necessary checking before refund.

  • Other administrative duties and assigned duties as and when required by the Head of Department (HOD)

  • Monitoring Daily Productivity, achieve individual KPI - minimum 100%.

  • Manage MYPOS mailbox, ensure the documents submission are handle within T+1 day. Open and stamp incoming mails. Data entry on all documents received, record in department Share Point.

  • Prepare reports and update SOPs as and when changes occur or changes in regulations.

  • Check then decide close Bridger alerts or escalate alert to Compliance team timely.

  • Prepare invoice payment for vendor in timely manner.

  • Review appeal cases

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or at least 5 years working experience in servicing industry, preferably in insurance industry.

  • Able to work long hours, public holidays and weekends as required

  • Familiarity with working with AS400 systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Able to plan and organize to ensure all tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently

  • Able to work independently

  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skill.

  • Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia

  • Initiative, self-motivated, customer focused and able to work as a team.
