The Job

  • Support distribution channels to grow High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth business for the company, including but not limited to Brokerage and Bancassurance.

  • Assist the team lead in managing the sub-team of case managers to deliver HNW business case management services to respective business channels.

  • Be the subject matter expert and provide support to distribution channels, both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure a smooth process for all new business, policy servicing submission, and assignment documentation.

  • Streamline internal workflow with departments regarding new business, policy servicing, premium, and policy financing matters, and obtain gatekeepers' clearance.

  • Discuss and negotiate with relevant parties (internal and external) to ensure problems are solved.

  • Maintain good records and generate status reports for management/team heads as needed.

  • Support and back up respective channels (including but not limited to brokers) as assigned by the team head.

  • Develop tasks/initiatives assigned by the team heads from time to time.

The Person

  • Degree holder in business or another related discipline.

  • Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in life insurance functions (with HNW experience highly recommended).

  • High level of business sense, risk, sales quality, and compliance awareness.

  • Open-minded on managing multi-channels.

  • Possess a high sense of responsibility and job ownership.

  • Strong knowledge of life insurance products and operational flows.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and team leadership/player abilities.

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
