Epicmetry is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager HR to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the HR department in various functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.

  • Manage employee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on performance management practices.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Address employee concerns and facilitate effective communication between staff and management.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
  • Compile and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform HR strategies.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and encourage employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements

Who Are We Looking For?

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (HRIS).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
