Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Participate in employee training and development programs, helping to enhance team skills and performance.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
- Support employee engagement activities and help foster a positive workplace culture.
- Contribute to performance management processes and assist in employee appraisal preparations.
What We’re Looking For:
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and take on new challenges.
- Prior internship experience in HR or related fields is an advantage, but not mandatory.
