This position will play an important role to support Finance Manager – Operation and the incumbent will be responsible to support a team and deliver exceptional Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payable services for specific markets in CHANEL.

In order to give more deeper support to market CFOs and business team, we see there is strong need to consolidate both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable function together under one team and separate the project management activities. This could create more resources synergy, reduce siloed thinking, and enable better career development within the team. This new consolidated team could focus on daily operation activities and maximize the efficiency.

  • Transaction Processing Excellence: Effectively performing and monitoring daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing tasks, following established RACI frameworks. This includes accurate invoice posting, payment processing, settlement activities, and preparing necessary offsetting entries. You understand the workflows between individuals, systems, and interfaces to ensure seamless operations.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Regularly reviewing and analyzing current processes to identify areas for improvement. You are proactive in addressing potential risks and implementing controls to enhance process efficiency and data integrity.
  • Performance Optimization: Driving operational performance through the establishment and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You leverage automated and self-service reporting tools to promote continuous improvement and regularly assess team productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Managing end-to-end intercompany workflows while fostering strong relationships with global teams, supply chain partners, business units, and tax counterparts. Your collaborative approach ensures timely execution of cross-company recharges.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serving as a subject matter expert in AP and AR functions, providing advanced training and support to team members. Your proficiency in financial and operational systems empowers the team to excel in their daily operations.
  • Risk Management and Internal Controls: Maintaining a strong focus on risk management and internal controls necessary for day-to-day operations, ensuring that the team adheres to best practices and compliance standards.
