GrabAds allows advertisers such as brands and media agencies to use Grab Audience by online and offline advertising experiences.

Get to Know the Role

As part of Grab, Client Partnerships Philippines team, you will source and sell-through advertisers for campaigns with Grab Ads across both offline and online. You will pitch leading advertisers directly and through their agencies. You will work with the Grab Ads team and maintain a pipeline tracking towards a quarterly quota under an incentive scheme. Your goal is multi-million dollar annual revenue generation and showing advertisers positive results.

You will report directly to the Head, Client Partnerships. You will be based onsite at our Ortigas office with flexible work arrangements.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform

  • Pitch and win clients for GrabAds campaigns to set off new and returning clients.
  • Work with the Accounts Manager to help implement a campaign meeting and managing client's expectations.
  • Lead & Strategise existing main accounts
  • 80% Looking for new business; 20% Farming and upselling to existing accounts
  • Experience servicing Media Agencies and have existing relationships with most agency partners and direct brands.
  • Have a clear knack for winning media briefs, creating pitches for long-term/short-term wins

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You will Need

  • Minimum 3 or more years of experience in digital media sales in the Philippines; preferably w/ marketing/sales operations background.
  • Experience working and selling to senior marketing leaders on the agency and brand side
  • Previous sales experience selling in advertising or in sales operations
  • Familiarity/Expertise with out of home advertising in sales is a plus
  • Experience achieving targets on a quarterly basis under an incentive/compensation scheme.
