Job Description

As part of Grab Ads Philippines team, we're looking for an experienced and well-versed person in the ad-tech industry. As an Assistant Manager, Client Partner, you will be mainly responsible for driving the sales revenue generated from new accounts development and/or growing existing accounts we have in Grab Ads.

You will be reaching out to potential advertisers and will be expected to foster relationships forming/securing a long-term partnership with top global brands & media agencies in the country - having existing relationships is a plus, you will initiate business proposals to achieve the partners' growth and successes through the advertising solutions we offer in Grab from online to offline, working strategically into assigned accounts and/or verticals. 

You will work alongside the Grab Ads team and maintain a pipeline, tracking towards a quarterly quota under an incentive scheme. Your goal is multi-million dollar annual revenue generation and showing advertisers positive results by utilising our ad solutions in Grab. 




Qualifications

We look for: 

Min 3-5 years of digital media sales experience in the Philippines

  • Experienced in servicing and selling to the top Media Agencies and Global Brands in the Philippines with strong & existing relationships with media agency partners & direct brands in the country. 
  • Extensive experience working & selling to media managers & senior marketing leaders on the agency & brand side.
  • Excellent presentation skills, public speaking, and negotiation skills. 
  • Have a clear knack for winning media briefs, creating pitches for long-term/short-term wins and motivated by experience. 
  • A Team-player, capable to work closely with a team and with other internal stakeholders within the company, adaptable and eager to meet expectations. 
  • Positive track record of delivering against set revenue targets on a quarterly/annual basis, someone who is motivated by an incentive scheme to help exceed set target expectations. 
  • Someone who can communicate well and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Someone who can deliver the set revenue targets / tasks assigned to them and willing to learn & improve along the way.
