Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Handle all life claims (Death, Critical Illness, Disability, Accident and Medical) including large and complex claims

• Provide technical support to junior assessors, handle escalated claims issues, resolve disputes

• Monitor the end-to-end claims processing workflow to ensure we meet our service standard

• Conduct quality assurance to ensure all claims adhere to company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Assist the Claims Manager in managerial tasks and other ad hoc tasks.

• Regular communication meetings with agents/ brokers for continuous improvement.

Job requirement

• University degree holder or above

• At least 5 years of experience in Life claims

• Good understanding and knowledgeable on life products and operation procedures/requirement 

• Qualified with LOMA and ICA examinations

• Good communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

• Strong data analytical skill

• Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Senior Claims Assessor
