The Job:

Deliver sales or leaders training programs to meet business needs effectively.

Prepare and analyze data to generate comprehensive reports.

Provide multimedia support, including video editing and production.
-
Develop engaging e-learning courses to enhance learning experiences.
The Person:
-
University degree in any discipline.
-
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
-
Proficiency in training coordination, event management, multimedia operations, PowerPoint design, content writing, and video production.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Highly organized and capable of working independently.
-
Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and managing tasks efficiently.
-
Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in Chinese word processing.

Demonstrates initiative, responsibility, and attention to detail.Certification in financial planning is an advantage.
