Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership to the compensation team, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Effectively manage and develop team members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to enhance their skills and performance.

Compensation Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute the compensation strategy for all channels, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze market trends, and implement effective compensation plans and structures.

Project Management: Lead and manage critical projects, such as the implementation of new initiatives and process improvements. Effectively plan and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery, managing risks, and maintaining stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners, senior management, and cross-functional teams. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure effective communication and alignment on key initiatives.
The Person

University degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Business Studies or related equivalent with 3-5 years’ experience in the Agency/Financial field.

Display strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, convey complex information clearly, and build positive relationships with internal and external partners.

Possess excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery, managing resources, and mitigating risks.

Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including agency partners, senior management, and cross-functional teams.

Exhibit a results-oriented mindset, setting challenging goals, and taking proactive measures to achieve them.
