MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

  • Assisting the Senior Management team to develop department Strategy and drive Sales through team KPI’s 

  • Support the Department Manager with Floor operations and results, HR matters, lead a team of 15+ Sales associates and follow their development in place via monthly 121s 

  • Accountable to suggest commercial improvements across the department 

  • Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store 

  • Next line Manager after senior team to carry store responsibilities such open/close, store emergency evacuation and any others duties required by the management team. 

  • Adhere to company’s policies and procedures 

  • Perform other duties that as required from the management team 

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS: 

  • Team Player 

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management position 

  • Ability to lead and coach a team 

  • Knowledge of retail KPIs 

  • Previous experience in retail desirable  

  • Demonstrate customer service skills 

  • A passion for retail and sales 

  • Desire to learn 

  • Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes 

  • Understanding of POS register systems  

  • Effective communication skills 

  • Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
