About the Team:
The Business operations team is the key to deliver market leading insights, reporting and campaign optimisations across multiple platforms to sales, agencies and direct clients.
Purpose of the Position:
To ensure world class customer service and deliver campaigns with KPI beating results. You will also explore and pilot new digital marketing techniques to uplift the bar for campaigns. Proactively working to ensure that the tools and process in place are fit for purpose suggesting changes and enhancements where required.
In this role, you will:
- To manage orders from the point of booking through to delivery including generating, chasing and inserting advert creative, checking compliance and monitoring delivery to exceed the agreed performance.
- To deliver market leading insights, reporting and campaign optimisations across multiple platforms to sales, agencies and direct clients.
- Work pro-actively to ensure that the tools and processes in place are fit for purpose suggesting changes and enhancements.
Skills and Experience that will lead to success:
- Degree holder with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising operations.
- Experience on managing / optimization performance display campaigns.
- Working knowledge of digital AdTech including - Google Ad Manager and Salesforce experience a bonus.
- Great communication and be able to build working relationships both internally and externally.
- Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills; sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to present data in an effective, actionable manner and learn new software quickly.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
Work location will be at Causeway Bay office.
