Job Description
Responsible for collection process, recording payable, prepare payment voucher, tax preparation & declaration, bookkeeping entry and other task assign by company
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle A/R collection process.
- Handle A/P process.
- Prepare payment Voucher including Cheque payment / Electronic payment transfer.
- Prepare the day-to-day Accounting including Adjustment, working closely with the Accounting and Operational teams.
- Record Capital Expenditure process, including maintaining the Fixed Asset Register, and completion of the Annual Inventory
- Prepare for tax declaration.
- Assist Executive/ Manager with the preparation of statutory financial information/month end closing.
- Provide required information/documentation for Internal/External Audits.
- Support the Executive/Manager with miscellaneous projects and tasks.
- Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations.
Knowlege Skills and Behaviors:
- Accounting and Finance knowledge.
- Taxation knowledge
- MS Office, including Excel Formulas and Pivot Tables
- Good English
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Reliable and accurate
Qualifications
- Recognized academic qualifications in Accounting or Finance
- At least 2 years of accounting or auditing experience
- Strong PC knowledge in excel, including excel formulas and pivot tables.
- Good interpersonal / communication skills to deal with internal and external customers.
