We’re looking for a Junior ASO & CRO Analyst with a passion for technology, data, and AI-driven solutions. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to utilize AI tools and methodologies to optimize app performance and drive results.

What will you do?

  • Monitor and track app store rankings using the latest analytic tracking tools.
  • Optimize conversion rates for app pages by utilizing various research tools.
  • Perform keyword research in multiple languages.
  • Write app titles, subtitles, and descriptions using researched keywords, ASO tools, and best practices.
  • Conduct in-depth competitor research, identify market trends, and develop creative concepts based on user performance data.
  • Plan, launch, and monitor A/B tests to increase app page conversion rates.
  • Analyze test results and articulate findings and recommendations in client presentations.
  • Follow market trends and provide ongoing agile recommendations to our clients.
  • Work closely with clients, create strategic roadmaps, and provide ongoing follow-up to achieve their KPIs.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to analyze app performance, identify trends, and optimize app store strategies.

What do you need?

  • Fluent English speaker - A MUST!
  • Relevant academic background in fields such as Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or other related areas.
  • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Great presentation skills and ability to maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, creative, and detail-oriented with an ability to work autonomously
  • An avid smartphone user who is passionate about the mobile world
  • AI user and enthusiast - an advantage
  • Proficiency in other languages - an advantage
  • One year+ of analytical work experience - an advantage
  • Experience in ASO - an advantage
