Your day at NTT DATA
Este rol apoya en la coordinación y gestión de diferentes tareas del departamento de marketing. Participa en el desarrollo de campañas de marketing, programas específicos, comunicaciones internas y externas, marketing interno, contenido de ventas y/o actividades de generación de demanda.
What you'll be doing
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Apoyo en la planificación y ejecución de campañas de generación de demanda, tanto digitales como presenciales.
- Análisis, registro y reportes de indicadores comerciales y KPI’s de campañas.
- Seguimiento de proyectos y calendarios de marketing de las diferentes líneas de negocio.
- Apoyo en la planificación y realización de eventos, internos y externos.
- Preparar invitaciones, agendas de eventos, seguimiento de pagos y reembolsos y formularios de inscripción para eventos.
- Asistir con la coordinación de todas las actividades administrativas y logísticas para eventos de clientes.
- Participar en la gestión de eventos de marketing y medios, organizando reuniones preparatorias para ferias y seminarios.
- Creación y montaje de materiales de marketing y garantizar la disponibilidad de stock.
- Difusión de comunicaciones internas.
REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES:
- Estudios en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería en Marketing o afines.
- Experiencia 0 a 2 años.
- Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel forms y Power point nivel intermedio.
- Ingles intermedio a nivel conversacional (será evaluado).
REQUISITOS DESEABLES:
- Conocimientos de herramientas creativas Pack Adobe: Photoshop, PDF edit., etc.
- Conocimiento y/o experiencia en Salesforce.
