Job Description:

   

How you'll make your mark:

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues,ensuring satisfactory resolution.

  • Maintain consistent customer satisfaction.

  • Provide support for Case Management and Solution Management.

  • Case Management: Ensure timely identification and resolution of reported issues.

  • Solution Management: Ensure optimal performance of customer solutions.

  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Formulate action plans (both technical and operational) to analyze and resolve reported issues.

  • Assign reported issues to the appropriate department and ensure proper follow-through.

  • Escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

  • Validate customer issues in a remote lab when required.

  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment, including interactions with Aruba and customer colleagues, QA teams, engineers, and field organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication in English (Second European language is an advantage)

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or Communication/Electrical Engineering required or Equivalent experience.

  • Prior Experience in Networking Domain or customer support.

Preferred Skills:

  • CCNA or other network associate certificate level knowledge

  • Routing & Switching experience and knowledge

  • Wireless knowledge/certificate is considered as an advantage
