Aruba WLAN Network Engineer with English
This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:
How you'll make your mark:

Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues,ensuring satisfactory resolution.

Maintain consistent customer satisfaction.
-
Provide support for Case Management and Solution Management.
-
Case Management: Ensure timely identification and resolution of reported issues.
-
Solution Management: Ensure optimal performance of customer solutions.
-
Demonstrate the ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
-
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Formulate action plans (both technical and operational) to analyze and resolve reported issues.
-
Assign reported issues to the appropriate department and ensure proper follow-through.
-
Escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Validate customer issues in a remote lab when required.
-
Collaborate effectively in a team environment, including interactions with Aruba and customer colleagues, QA teams, engineers, and field organizations.
Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent communication in English (Second European language is an advantage)

Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or Communication/Electrical Engineering required or Equivalent experience.

Prior Experience in Networking Domain or customer support.
Preferred Skills:
-
CCNA or other network associate certificate level knowledge

Routing & Switching experience and knowledge
-
Wireless knowledge/certificate is considered as an advantage
