We’re looking for a full-time Artist Relations Manager to join the Artist Relations team. The team is based in our Tel Aviv office. In this position, you’ll work closely with filmmakers, animators, and motion designers from all over the world, who contribute high-quality content to Artlist’s catalog. Artlist is known for its premium creative assets, and that’s all thanks to the artists we work with. The goal of this team is to keep our artists happy and inspired so they keep creating incredible content for and with us.

  • Oversee the Artist Relations team, ensuring they effectively manage the artist onboarding process, support, and development.
  • Develop and implement strategies for artist management, including technical and legal support systems.
  • Supervise the management of royalty payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Create communication guides, define the tone of voice, and oversee the creation of newsletters and other collateral.
  • Manage CRM systems and ticketing workflows, and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of artists and agents, making strategic adjustments as necessary.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams
  • Fluent in English with exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Passionate about video creation and artist management
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience in customer support or community management
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of digital tools and platforms relevant for artist management
  • Multilingual capabilities - advantage
