Job Title: Art Director 
 
Overview:  
 
We're looking for an Art Director. The responsibilities and qualifications for this job may sound familiar, but the person we’re looking for is unique. That’s because Ketchum is different. Responsibilities:  

  • Collaborate with a diverse team of digital strategists, producers, art directors, copywriters, and account teams 
  • Work effectively across different media channels, including digital, print, and video 
  • Stay on top of emerging technologies and trends 
  • Possess a track record of original breakthrough designs and creative work 
  • Provide innovative, user-centric, information and visual design recommendations 
  • Produce creative design from independent development of concepts to well-organized handoff of digital assets to our development team 
  • Juggle projects ranging from existing client work to new business pursuits 
  • PowerPoint design for various client presentations and new business opportunities IND13 #LI-ML1 
  • Superb attention to detail while juggling multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines 

 
Qualifications:  

  • Ad agency experience is preferred 
  • Experience working on new business pitches 
  • Conceptual thinker 
  • A real passion for design, someone who is always growing their skill set and knowledge within the space 
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Three to five years of print and web digital platform design experience 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop conceptual visual ideas and execute them to create innovative design solutions in a highly collaborative environment 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills 
  • Expert proficiency in current Mac versions of Adobe Creative Suite software, (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. (Prezi experience a plus, video editing and original illustration skills a plus) 
  • An ability to work with brand identity systems and shared design projects 
  • Demonstrated versatility to design in multiple styles ranging from simply sophisticated to cutting-edge visual storytelling 


The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, past training, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity and local geographic market data. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available. #LI-Hybrid
