Detail Job Responsibilities:
Drive business growth within scope and targeted profitability for General Trade Channel at designated area
Grow sales (volume & value mix), market share, Numeric and weighted distribution within scope. Execute Kraft Heinz strategic commercial plans including but not limited to: new market/channel entry, geo-expansion, direct-to-consumer, new product launches, cross-category promotions, in-store space acquisitions, distributor management, trade engagement/loyalty, in store execution resulting of salesmen routine, promotion adherence, etc. Execute targeted portfolio strategy (SKU/channel/area mix) to attain maximum value creation. Drive local/tactical initiatives and propose new projects within scope with prepared business plans. Implement standard of distributor sales process in order to maximize distributor efficiency & give advice strategy to get Profitability for Distributor. Managing availability Stock at distributor to avoid OOS to distribute the product and Priority strategy for SKU Sensitive.
Ensure best-in-class execution of trade and consumer activities for General Trade Channel at designated area.
Implement strict control of RVP at store level performed by distributors' and 3rd party merchandising teams to match standard Picture of Success. Execute consumer activities (direct selling, events) to match execution standards. Ensure full scope implementation of sales & distribution routines: KPI/goal settings, morning briefing, daily/weekly/monthly reviews and all required reporting activities. Lead daily operational engagement with distributors.
Execute activities to support Go To Market initiatives at designated area
Provide required information/references to build and pilot GTM platforms. Implement execution of targeted GTM model(s) at distributors. Ensure compliance to all execution standards: workflows, merchandising, people, toolkits, training/ socialization, measurement and review process. Ensure sustainable execution and lead continuous improvements.
Implement activities to support Kraft Heinz distributor management strategy at designated area.
Provide necessary information/tasks to support: distributor set-up, standardized practices, control & monitoring, performance evaluation, strategic business reviews, system and organization capability development, including termination of non-performing entities.
Manage, develop and lead distributor team at designated area.
Ensure quality of people recruitment at distributor. Ensure implementation of regular performance reviews and reward schemes. Coach/mentor team members to propel individual growth
