About the Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our dynamic team focused on high-rise residential and group housing projects in Rajasthan. Our Head Office is in Gurugram. This role encompasses comprehensive involvement from architectural design to on-site execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep interest and understanding of construction materials, cost considerations, and local building codes and bylaws.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of all architectural outputs. Manage project timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to keep the project on track without overburdening the team.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to ensure the construction adheres strictly to the approved drawings. Provide constructive feedback and make necessary design adjustments based on real-time site challenges.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Work collaboratively with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other relevant professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the project team effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment that maintains high productivity without the need for overtime.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with the approved GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and stay updated with relevant building bye-laws and codes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture from a reputable institution.
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in architecture and on-site project execution, with a preference for those who have worked on high-rise residential buildings.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks is preferred. A willingness to embrace and stay abreast of technological advancements in the field is highly valued.
- Skills: Strong project management, team leadership, and problem-solving skills. Should have the ability to generate and interpret BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Personal Traits: Commitment to quality and ethical work practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to take full ownership of work.
