Responsibilities:
- Lead design, produce drawings, and manage contract administration.
- Focus on industrial, commercial, and residential projects, with a specialization in building envelope analysis.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience with Canadian building codes.
- Registered as a professional architect in Canada.
- Strong technical expertise and attention to detail.
Compensation: $80K–$150K, with potential up to $175K for candidates who bring in new business opportunities.
